Looking to be part of a vibrant, busy fashion business? This role will give you the opportunity to work with multiple brands. We are seeking an energetic, passionate and experienced Assistant Account Coordinator. You will be responsible in supporting the account coordinators to enable the team to confirm and deliver orders to our key customers. This is a permanent role, based in our London head office 5 days a week.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Set up customer buy sheets with key information to enable customers to raise orders
Send required data to each customer
Add all order details to our buy plan (quantities/size breakdowns/purchase order numbers)
Reconcile purchase orders received and ensure all details are correct.
Add sales orders to SAP accurately and within set timeframes.
Manage sales orders and make any changes where necessary and ensure all orders are sent to the warehouse on time.
Work closely with logistics to ensure all orders are handed and flag any delays to the account coordinator
Refresh available stock reports for weekly trading
Review weekly sold out styles and share details with sample coordinator
Run weekly critical path reports to send to customers
Work with finance to resolve any queries on invoices
Send samples to buyers for meetings and track to ensure they are returned
Pull out samples and assist in preparing for customer meetings
Supporting Account coordinator in new setting up new customers and ensuring all manuals have been provided to relevant teams
Key contact for customers for any queries on orders
Person Specification:
Proven experience in as an Assistant Account Coordinator (or similar) within retail
Someone with the same enthusiasm and passion for winning that we have.
Highly motivated and driven to meet deadlines
Organised and able to prioritise workload in a very fast paced environment
Innovative thinker with strong problem solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Quick learner and driven to expand knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
