Job Description
Reebok are looking for a permanent Digital Key Account Manager in a permanent role to drive revenue and represent assigned
accounts internally and externally as an ambassador. You will be responsible for driving revenue and
strategy across our online, and pure player accounts by increasing market share and building and
maintaining key relationships.
Main Responsibilities will Include:
Help support driving revenue across online & Pure Player accounts and categories by increasing market share and building and maintaining key relationships.
Support the development of seasonal integrated marketplace strategies to ensure go-to market readiness, working directly with the Online Partners Director.
Represent the assigned accounts internally as an ambassador towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
Measure progress on your own KPIs and monitor and report on customer and competitor activities and propose actions, as well as monitor the Key Account Manager's performance
Drive mutual profitability using relevant commercial and business planning tools.
Ensure customer compliance with agreements.
Person Specifications:
Proven experience within digital, online key account management.
Experience in handling key accounts within Pure Player, Ecommerce business platforms.
Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of apparel, footwear and accessories.
Have an understanding of local markets, consumers, accounts and commercial needs.
Take a proactive approach and have drive and determination to achieve sales objectives and KPI's.
