Job Description
We are partnering with one of the most successful menswear suppliers to major supermarkets and high-street retailers. They are actively seeking a Men's Account Manager to manage and grow their existing accounts.
If you have experience in menswear account management, a strong understanding of high-volume retail accounts, and a passion for product development, this could be the perfect role for you!
Main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Liaise with overseas factories, ensuring smooth production and monitoring the critical path
- Raise and manage factory orders efficiently
- Negotiate pricing in line with customer requirements and cost targets
- Collaborate with design and technical teams on sampling and product development
- Attend customer meetings and present menswear collections
- Coordinate cross-functional teams-including fabric, garment techs, merchandising, and design-to ensure on-time product delivery
Person specification:
- Experience working for a high-street supplier, preferably with men's casual jersey and wovens knowledge
- Strong knowledge of working with overseas factories, particularly in the Far East and Bangladesh
- Background in managing high-volume retail accounts, including supermarkets
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident working independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
