Job Description

We are partnering with one of the most successful menswear suppliers to major supermarkets and high-street retailers. They are actively seeking a Men's Account Manager to manage and grow their existing accounts.


If you have experience in menswear account management, a strong understanding of high-volume retail accounts, and a passion for product development, this could be the perfect role for you!

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

  • Liaise with overseas factories, ensuring smooth production and monitoring the critical path

  • Raise and manage factory orders efficiently

  • Negotiate pricing in line with customer requirements and cost targets

  • Collaborate with design and technical teams on sampling and product development

  • Attend customer meetings and present menswear collections

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams-including fabric, garment techs, merchandising, and design-to ensure on-time product delivery

Person specification:

  • Experience working for a high-street supplier, preferably with men's casual jersey and wovens knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of working with overseas factories, particularly in the Far East and Bangladesh

  • Background in managing high-volume retail accounts, including supermarkets

  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Confident working independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
