Job Description
We are partnering with one of the most successful menswear suppliers to major supermarkets and high-street retailers. They are actively seeking a Men's Account Manager to manage and grow their existing accounts.
If you have experience in menswear account management, a strong understanding of high-volume retail accounts, and a passion for product development, this could be the perfect role for you!
Main responsibilities will include:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Liaise with overseas factories, ensuring smooth production and monitoring the critical path
Raise and manage factory orders efficiently
Negotiate pricing in line with customer requirements and cost targets
Collaborate with design and technical teams on sampling and product development
Attend customer meetings and present menswear collections
Coordinate cross-functional teams-including fabric, garment techs, merchandising, and design-to ensure on-time product delivery
Person specification:
Experience working for a high-street supplier, preferably with men's casual jersey and wovens knowledge
Strong knowledge of working with overseas factories, particularly in the Far East and Bangladesh
Background in managing high-volume retail accounts, including supermarkets
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident working independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
