We have a great opportunity to join an industry leading fashion supplier as a Fashion Sales Administrator. This is a great role for someone who is keen to explore, learn, develop and grow in the fashion industry!

Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit a Fashion Sales Administrator who is a jack of all trades to help support the business and Directors. This role will oversee raising orders, managing critical path, liaising with customers, attending meetings, note taking and some diary management.

This role is based in Leicester.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of on-site customer meetings.
  • General administrative support for the account management team.
  • Raise sales orders and order confirmation sheets to be passed to merchandising team/factories and customers.
  • Raising barcode and swing ticket orders through Maxim.
  • Attending customer meetings, fit meetings and note taking for the Director.
  • Manage and responsible for sending samples, swatches and any other information required out to customers via post and email.
  • Managing production samples.
  • Daily sample chasing working with internal teams and external factories.
  • Some diary management to support two Directors.

Person specifications:

  • Preferably one to two years experience in a fashion administrator role.
  • Administration experience.
  • Must be organised and able to prioritise efficiently.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be confident.
  • IT literate, Excel knowledge essential and able to pick-up systems quickly.
