This is the perfect role for someone with either previous recruitment experience either agency or in house or from a supplier or brand background in Sales/ Account management who is looking for a new challenge.

We are actively looking to expand our team and are seeking to recruit experienced sales motivated recruiters .You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates with renowned brands,suppliers and retailers throughout the UK and Worldwide

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Fashion and Retail sector.

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Taking briefs from clients and writing impactful and eye-catching adverts

  • Conducting candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, recommendations and our database

  • Screening CV's, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate's skills and cultural fit for clients.

  • Managing the entire recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and on boarding.

  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets while contributing to the overall growth of the agency.

Personal Specifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals who are passionate about Fashion and Recruitment and have experience in either of the following areas:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, within either Head Office/Retail environment to include HR, Marketing, E-Comms, Retail Ops, Finance. or working with Fashion Suppliers covering Design Production and Technical roles

  • Experience working with suppliers or brands in a Sales/ Account management role

  • In-house Recruitment in a similar sector looking to pivot to an exciting career in agency recruitment

  • Sales driven with an intuitive and inquisitive personality

  • Ability to engage with and develop new and existing customers

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • A proactive attitude with good time management and prioritisation skills

  • Confident and self-motivated

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good IT skills with previous experience of working with a CRM system (Bullhorn or similar) a distinct advantage
