- Oversee and maintain customer critical paths weekly for seamless order management.
- Communicate with factories to manage all aspects of production processes.
- Handle testing requirements for each customer to meet quality standards.
- Manage strike-offs and liaise with fabric mills to resolve issues or secure approvals.
- Work alongside the technical team to meet sealing deadlines.
- Raise dockets and ensure accurate documentation.
- Order fabrics and trims to support production needs.
