An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a leading supplier to some of the biggest retailers in the UK and internationally. They are seeking a strong experienced Menswear Multiproduct Designer with a specialism in wovens. This role will be working for one of their major accounts who are one of the largest fashion-forward retailers.
A strong commercial portfolio is required as well as someone that can lead meetings and has super strong trend awareness. Some hybrid working is offered with this role.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Complete trend research, design and develop ranges working with the overseas factories.
- Work closely and liaise with factories in Bangladesh China and Sri Lanka.
- Ability to create bestselling ranges.
- Attend regular meetings with buyers when required.
- Required to work in a fast-paced environment, high volume design/development.
- Sourcing of new fabrics and trims.
Person specifications:
- Strong multiproduct experience across menswear.
- Previous supplier experience working with large volume retailers.
- Good understanding of garment costing.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
