Job Description
We are partnering with a growing well known British ladieswear fashion brand, who design trend led womenswear multi products for 100 outlets currently and they are growing rapidly.
This role is to provide administrative support to the Merchandising Team, providing essential support to their Merchandiser and Head of Merchandising.
This role has 1 day working from home.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide Sales Analysis / Performance in time for Weekly Trade meeting.
- Completing and managing Purchase Orders ensuring they are kept up to date and accurate.
- Aid in the implementation of our new PLM
- Liaison with other Departments within Buying / Wholesale / Garment Tech.
- Ordering stock on a weekly basis for the stores
- Completing size ratios to optimise sales.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Support team with achieving department KPI's to maximise sales and profit.
- Perform accurate analysis/report as required for the team.
Person Specifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in Fashion Merchandising, preferably within Womenswear
- Extremely Analytical
- Basic Excel Understanding
- Great attention to detail
- Good communicator
- Ability to Multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Time Management
- Organised, methodical and efficient
- Proactive
- Knowledge on Shopify preferred but not essential.
