Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and manage strategic accounts within the fashion industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth in sales and profitability. You will act as a strategic partner, understanding client needs and aligning them with the company's offerings.

This role is based in Liverpool and offers hybrid working.


Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product offerings align with client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics for each account.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management with key clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Person Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the fashion or sports apparel industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, materials, and production processes is a plus.
  • Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
