Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a talented HRBP with solid partnering experience who is commercially focused with a passion for developing and implementing a people strategy for my client who are large global fashion business . they are looking to recruit an experienced HRBP to drive their people strategy and support ambitious growth plans. ideally with a background within a fast-paced consumer,
You will be working with senior stakeholders and covering all aspects of HR including leading the talent and performance management programme, driving reward and recognition, learning and development and developing employee well being.(excluding payroll )

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop, influence, and implement the commercially focused HR Road map to achieve positive results.
  • Talent Management: Partnering with Leaders and Managers to deliver talent management processes including succession planning, identifying, and bridging current and future skills gaps, developing career pathways.
  • Performance Management: Coaching managers with setting challenging KPIs / KRAs and driving the performance appraisal process to ensure delivery of effective performance and career discussions.
  • Reward and Recognition: Managing and creating value-adding reward and recognition programmes.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee survey, analyse and communicate the survey results, create and implement appropriate action plans in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Learning and Development: Embedding a culture of personal development through devising and delivering training opportunities in-house as well as sourcing external training providers to create high performing teams.
  • Recruitment and On boarding: Partner with managers to support all areas of recruitment ,reviewing the on boarding process to ensure effective integration and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Support and guide managers and team on HR issues update any HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Well being: Review and deliver the employee well being strategy
  • Internal Communications: Overseeing and delivering people updates

Person Specifications :

  • Postgraduate qualification in HR, MBA in HR, or fully CIPD qualified.
  • Experience in fast-paced consumer, retail, fashion, or service-centric environments.
  • Background in global, multi-location organisations with a focus on developmental HR is a plus.
  • Proven success in building high-performing teams and fostering employee growth.
  • Ability to work with senior management and stake holders
  • Strong communication and influencing Skills
