Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of 3rd Party Brands to join one of the fastest-growing companies in fashion.

You will come on to spearhead the development and expansion of this companies third-party branded platform from the ground up. You will need to have experience securing brand partnerships, negotiating agreements, overseeing onboarding, and managing long-term relationships.

Based in California they are open to people based in the UK or USA.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders, including category buyers and marketing teams.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand mix that aligns with customer expectations and drives new customer acquisition.

  • Oversee the seamless onboarding of third-party brands into our systems and sales channels.

  • Identify and source potential brand partners that align with their fashion vision, pricing strategy, and customer preferences.

  • Establish and negotiate partnership terms, including pricing, marketing support, and exclusivity agreements.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for third-party brand partners, addressing any challenges and fostering long-term growth.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for integrating third-party brands into our assortment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful brand integration.

Person Specifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in fashion, brand partnerships, and merchandising.

  • Expertise in sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and managing third-party brand relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion.

  • Highly motivated, agile, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Strategic and commercial thinker with a keen ability to drive revenue and portfolio growth.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for fostering long-term brand partnerships.
