Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Boyswear Designer specialising in both shape and graphics to join a renowned and established fashion company. In this role, you will design commercially viable yet fashion-forward product ranges, focusing on creating appealing garment shapes and graphics.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trends, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform creative concepts into commercially successful designs that appeal to the target audience.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Design and develop unique graphics, prints, and placements tailored for boyswear collections.
- Innovate and refine boyswear shapes and silhouettes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and techniques through ongoing research.
- Create and present mood boards, colour schemes, and conceptual ideas for seasonal collections.
- Work closely with factories to manage product development and oversee sample progress.
Person Specifications:
- Proven experience in a boyswear design role within a fashion retailer or supplier.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in boyswear shape and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
