We are working with a leading fashion company who are seeking a creative Womenswear Graphic Designer to join their team due to continued growth. You will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of current fashion trends.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing graphics and print strategy across all categories of ladieswear.
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and execute seasonal trends and themes.
- Producing accurate and detailed CAD drawings for sampling and presenting both to customers / buyers.
- Research and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and market competitors.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our product offerings.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate execution of designs.
Person specification:
- At least 3 years' experience in graphic design in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of print techniques, fabric types, and garment construction.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuously researches new trends and contributes this new knowledge to the team.
- Be confident in presenting trends and design developments internally and externally.
- Have good communication skills with a positive and accommodating attitude.
