A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a growing supplier to the High Street . My client specialises in Soft Separates Tailoring and Outerwear , mens ,womens and childrens with strong offshore factories. In this role you will be part of a dynamic professional team interfacing between customers and factories to ensure smooth management of the critical path. A strong wholesale merchandising background is required & understanding of working with factories.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Raising Sales orders and Purchase orders & issuing them to the relevant offshore teams.
* Liaising with offshore teams to ensure shipments are on time.
* Making sure all the style handovers are submitted to the offshore offices in a timely manner.
* Checking/Submitting lab dips and bulk fabrics/trims.
* Making sure offshore teams are sending style trim cards.
* Help to assist factory teams on production information they require for each PO.
* Checking Po's and liaising with customer for any amendments that need to be made.
* Chasing fit samples / production samples and shipment samples to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Chasing photo shoot samples and updating sample chart.
* Arranging label orders' payment if / when necessary
* Working closely with sales, QC and design team.
Person Specifications:
- Must have min 2 years' experience in fashion wholesale /supplier Merchandising
- Knowledge of ERP or PLM
- Excel Understanding
