Main Responsibilities will Include:
- Lead designer for the brand.
- Overseeing the junior designers.
- Research, design & development of the brands collections.
- Managing the critical path of all design work.
- Managing the brands SMU projects.
- Travel for inspiration & development.
- Creative input to marketing & photoshoot attendance when required
Person Specifications:
- Designers required with a specialism in trend led design, multi product experience required including jersey, knit, denim and tailoring.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to be able to adjust to changing needs of the business.
- Used to working under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
- Self-motivated, able to manage own workload and be a team player.
- Confident communicator and highly organised
