Main Responsibilities will Include:
Lead designer for the brand.
Overseeing the junior designers.
Research, design & development of the brands collections.
Managing the critical path of all design work.
Managing the brands SMU projects.
Travel for inspiration & development.
Creative input to marketing & photoshoot attendance when required
Person Specifications:
Designers required with a specialism in trend led design, multi product experience required including jersey, knit, denim and tailoring.
Great communication and organisational skills.
Flexible approach to be able to adjust to changing needs of the business.
Used to working under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
Self-motivated, able to manage own workload and be a team player.
Confident communicator and highly organised
