Job Description
We are looking for a European Sales Manager with strong experience across fashion denim.
You will be a high-quality individual who is hungry to succeed and is a natural networker / business developer responsible for the growth and development of the business. You have an eye for trends and solid understanding of denim product.
Live contacts in brands such as H&M, Uniqlo, Inditex is advantageous but not necessary.
This role is to be based overseas in Europe with European sales experience.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Regularly meet with customers in Europe.
- Developing and implementing short, mid and long term sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage existing accounts and have the ability to research and on-board new customers in order to further develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with Buyers.
- Work closely with Designers to create balanced, commercial ranges appealing to individual customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends and competitor activity.
Person Specification:
- Proven track record and success of working with, growing and managing large volume accounts in European markets.
- Understanding of denim trends and product.
- Strong communicator with the ability to communicate to stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to take risks, champion ideas, and grow independently and professionally.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships within the organization to meet deliverables.
