Reebok is hiring a detail-focused and organised Portal Specialist to support invoice uploads and data management for key accounts-including major buying groups and digital retailers.
In this role, you'll take ownership of customer portals, ensuring accurate uploads, resolving issues quickly, and keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. Strong Excel skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Main Responsibilities will Include:
Take responsibility for uploading invoices onto customer portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Regularly monitor customer portals to track the status of uploaded invoices, ensuring that they are successfully processed
Address any discrepancies or issues as they arise, collaborating with other teams if necessary accounting, finance, customer service etc)
Data Organisation & Reporting: Organise data effectively. Use Excel to manage, track, and report on invoice statuses
Generate and share regular updates with relevant stakeholders
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline the invoice upload and monitoring processes
Person Specifications:
Bachelor Degree
Basic experience or internship in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or operationsposition
Strong proficiency in Excel
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with other departments to resolve them
