We are excited to be partnering with a fabulous fashion business hiring for the position of Head of Licensing & Partnerships. This role is to work with a diverse portfolio of owned and third-party fashion, home & talent brands. I am seeking a talented individual to grow and manage this area. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail brand licensing, direct sales, deal structuring, and negotiation and have a proven track record working with lifestyle brands. 4 days in central London office 1 day remote.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Will be responsible for growing our existing business
- Identifying and securing new licensing partners
- Building relationships and expanding customer base
- Implementing a comprehensive licensing and partnership strategy to drive sales growth.
Person specification:
- The successful applicant will have experience in brand licensing at a senior level
- Direct sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial flair
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with partners from different geographical and cultural backgrounds.
