Job Description

As a Fashion Administration, you'll be at the centre of the action, providing crucial support to this brands design and product teams. From managing day-to-day office operations to ensuring brand consistency, your contributions will help bring their fashion collections to life and ensure the smooth execution of their design vision.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the design development office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Handle general office management tasks, including ordering stationery, supplies, and coordinating couriers
  • Champion brand compliance by managing the system, uploading design assets, and tracking approvals to ensure all products meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with our India-based teams, providing them with any missing or required brand compliance information to keep projects moving forward.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth placement of orders and upload of designs to the BC system for approval.
  • Ship products to relevant suppliers and buyers in various countries, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Keep track of all relevant paperwork, assisting the accounts department with filing and organisation.
  • Assist the product teams by preparing samples for customer meetings, ensuring they are displayed beautifully and ready for presentation.
  • Organise and manage stock rotation, ensuring that collections are stored efficiently and records are kept up to date.
  • Help the product team with the seasonal garment rotation in our showrooms, ensuring the latest collections are showcased.
  • Manage the sample room.
  • Provide dedicated support to the design and product teams, acting as a key point of contact to ensure everything is in place for success.

Person Specifications:

  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage own workload and be a team player.
  • Excellent administration skills, confident with Microsoft Office systems; expert in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail with administrative tasks & knowledge of critical path
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, able to manage workload and be a team player
  • Passionate, demonstrates a keen interest in fashion
