Are you a Business Development Manager based in Europe with a strong network in the fashion industry? Do you have a proven track record of securing new business and growing accounts in your European market? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to partner with a leading UK women's fashion wholesaler as they expand internationally!

Our client is a hugely successful women's fashion wholesaler with a strong presence in the UK, currently supplying key retailers and on a trajectory of growth looking to expand internationally. Known for their trend-led designs, high-quality products, and competitive pricing, they are now looking for experienced international partners to help grow their business in new markets.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new wholesale accounts in your territory with key retailers ensuring alignment with company's products range and strengths

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers

  • Manage key accounts from the initial pitch to successful onboarding

  • Driving sales growth

  • Understanding market trends and providing insights to support product development



Person Specifications:

  • Proven experience in women's fashion within a similar role is essential, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture accounts

  • An existing strong network of international buyers and strong industry connections in your market

  • A results-driven approach with a passion for business growth

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with the UK-based team
