Job Description
We are looking for an Executive PA / EA to the MD of a large global apparel and manufacturing company. This is role will be based in Hong Kong for 9 months and 3 months a year in London. This is an exciting and rewarding job in a highly renowned international fashion company. The successful candidate will be the MD'Ss right-hand person. The right person must be unflappable pro-active with high attention to detail. Determined, confident with a can-do attitude coupled with previous experience working for a senior director ideally with some experience working for a fashion company and not be phased by working to tight deadlines and taking on a varied workload.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage an extremely busy complex diary across multiple time zones
- Manage communications with international associates daily & communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of management both internally and externally
- Organise complex multi stop travel arrangements, events, board meetings, management meetings, collation of agenda's reports and presentations.
- Ensure the MD is in possession of all relevant information in advance of meetings
- Arrange all internal and external meetings/calls/VCs across different time zones
- Follow up on staff actions agreed at meetings with the Directors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for MD
- Analyse information and research data in a business perspective
- Provide secretarial and admin support when required
- Support with Family arrangements
- Coordinate household staff in Hong Kong nad London
- Orangise international travel for family members
- Organsie family trips and holidays
- Ad hoc personal assistance with extended family
Person specification:
- Extensive experience within an EA role at Senior Level
- Experience working in a fashion background highly desirable
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organisational skills and be able to prioritize a busy workload and work independently
- Excellent problem solving skills
- This role requires someone who is tactful, super-efficient and flexible with a 'can do' attitude
- Detail Oriented, strong business sense and meticulous
- Excellent computer skills - MS word/outlook/excel/PowerPoint
- Degree Qualified is an advantage
