An opportunity has become available to join a lovely women's fashion brand as a Digital Marketing Executive/ Digital Marketeer. You will be an experienced retentions marketeer along with having hands on experience of working with Tik- Tok, a new acquisition channel for the business, therefore giving you an opportunity to make a remarkable difference in acquisition commercials.
Main Responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Online Retentions Marketing Manager to deliver daily Marketing tasks and run seasonal projects.
* This will include but will not be limited to social media, emails, SMS, affiliate and PPC marketing.
* Leading & executing social media content creation and copy and any artistic project. Research on social media trends.
* Scheduling posts for all channels, coordinating creation of content with our Digital Designers,
* Preparation of briefs for our newsletters.
* Influencer Marketing projects for Instagram & TikTok.
* Assisting campaign performance & optimising the reporting format on each channel.
Person Specification
* Experience in a similar role.
* Self-motivated and passionate about marketing, fashion and social media trends. You are eager to learn and grow in your role.
* Fast learner, reliable and autonomous with a can-do attitude.
* Competent user of Excel and other MS Office programs.
* High attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management skills
* Proactive team worker & Flexible approach to the role
* Strong commercial outlook
* Previous experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Tik- Tok- preferred
* Delivers results in a timely manner
* Able to work to tight and changeable deadlines
* Able to self-manage and work on own initiative
* Relentlessly looks to improve working processes and practices with a commercial approach
