Job description

We are seeking a motivated and passionate online customer service advisor to join an expanding global womenswear brand.


This opportunity will suit someone with 1-2 years' experience preferably within the fashion or retail industry, looking to grow within customer service department. You must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Online customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media.

  • Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift.

  • Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat.

  • Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries.

  • Adding investigation data to communal spreadsheets.

  • Assisting management with daily tasks.

  • Making decisions on problems raised.

  • Responding to customer reviews
